The One Thing that I will NEVER Remove from My Online Business

I want to share a little secret with you—one that’s defined how I manage my business (and personal) finances. 

It’s called 🥁🥁🥁…an envelope system.

Ok, ok, if you’ve been around here for any length of time, you know this isn’t a secret.  I am shouting this out from the rooftops on a regular basis.  But questions keep coming up and more people need this information!

Now, you might be scratching your head and thinking, “Envelopes? In the digital age?” 

Allow me to explain, we’re talking about digital envelopes.

First off, let’s talk about simplicity. Sure, we live in a world of high-tech gadgets and sophisticated software, but sometimes, the simplest solutions are the most effective. That’s where digital envelope systems like You Need a Budget (YNAB) come in. With just a few clicks, you can create virtual envelopes for your business expenses and allocate funds accordingly. It’s like having a virtual filing cabinet for your cash—and who doesn’t love a good filing system?

Simplicity is just the beginning. One of the main reasons I swear by the digital envelope system is its ability to keep me accountable. When every dollar has a job, and every category has a real-life dream as it’s basis,, there’s no room for financial floundering.

But perhaps the biggest reason I’m sticking with the digital envelope system is the peace of mind it brings. Having a reliable system in place is like having a security blanket for your business.
